摘要：应用直接组织点免疫(DTBIA)和反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR),对接种了柑桔衰退病毒(CTV)的3组共45株锦橙、凤凰柚和耕柑进行了检测,结果表明,CTV在嫩枝中的检出率最高,其次依次是嫩叶、老枝和老叶。

Title: Distribution of Citrus tristeza virus among three hosts in different tissues

Abstract: A comparative study was made of Jincheng,Ponkan and Fenghuang-you which were graft-inocated with CTV.Examinations of CTV distribution in the hosts’ different tissues using DTBIA and RT-PCR showed that from the highest frequency of positivity to the lowest were young stem,young leaf,old stem and old leaf.
