摘要：采用石蜡切片法,对Bellamy和Summergold脐橙花芽特性及花芽分化特点进行研究。结果表明:在桂林,Bellamy和Sum-mergold脐橙花芽形态分化时间和特征较一致,花芽开始进入形态分化时期较分散。在12月上旬已有一部分花芽进入分化始期,最迟在次年2月下旬,盛期在12月下旬至次年1月上旬;12月下旬开始进入萼片分化期,盛期集中在次年1月下旬至2月上旬;次年1月中旬开始进入花瓣分化期,盛期在次年2月中旬至3月初;次年1月下旬至2月上旬陆续进入雄蕊分化期,每个时期持续时间较长。由于芽横径和纵径随时间推移呈同步增长,因而其增长变化可作为判断花芽分化各时期的外部参考指标。

Title: Bud Differentiation Process and Morphological Observation of Bellamy and Summergold Navel Orange in Guangxi Guilin

Abstract: Adopting paraffin method,the property of flower bud differentiation and morphology of Bellamy and Summergold navel orange were studied in this paper.The results showed that flower bud differentiation time of Bellamy and Summergold showed certain coincidence in Guilin,but the initial stage of flower bud differentiation process was distracted.The flower bud differentiation started in early December,arrived its peak period duringlate December to early January next year and ended in late February next year.Sepal differentiation started in late December and arrived its peak period during late January to early February next year.Petal differentiation stage was observed to initiate in early January next year and arrive its peak period during middle February to early March next year.Stamen differentiation stage was observed to initiate in late January and early February next year.The developing process of the flower bud differentiation of Bellamy and Summergold were relatively long.The length and width of the flower bud could be regarded as a reference index to judge the developing stage during flower bud differentiation.
