摘要：本文探讨了草莓试管苗生根诱导期长短、发根数及根长度对移栽成活率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明，诱导期在41－50天效果最好，成活率达94％；根数越多，成活越容易；根长度在5．1－10．0cm时，有利于成活。

Title: Effect of Root Induction on Transplantation and Survival Rate of Strawberry in vitro Plantlets

Abstract: Influence of duration of induction, root number and length on the survival rate and the growth of shoots of strawberry plantlets were studied. The results showed that the induction period at 41~ 50 days gave the best effect on the plantlets, which survived up to 94%. The more the roots, the easier the plantlets survived. The roots length at 5. 0 ~ 10. 0cm was beneficial to survival.
