摘要:通过田间调查、室内离体叶片单头饲养观察及组建实验种群生命表等方法,考察20个柑桔种质资源上桔全爪螨种群动态。结果表明,不同种质资源材料上桔全爪螨种群水平差异显著。平均密度以北碚柚上最高,皱皮甜橙、兴山酸橙、枳橙、五步红心柚和美国飞龙枳次之,金桔和酒饼?最低。该螨在各种质材料上的存活时间、雌成螨寿命和产卵量均有明显差异。田间种群密度在北碚柚叶上最高,皱皮甜橙和兴山酸橙上次之,广西土柠檬、金桔和酒饼?上最低;北碚柚叶饲养的桔全爪螨未成熟期最短、雌成螨寿命最长,产卵量最多,净增殖率、内禀增长率和周限增长率最高,种群倍加时间和平均世代历期最短;皱皮甜橙、兴山酸橙次之,金桔和酒饼?叶片饲养的桔全爪螨未成熟期最长、雌成螨寿命最短,产卵量最低,而以酒饼?饲养的桔全爪螨净增殖率、内禀增长率和周限增长率等生命参数值最低,种群倍加时间和平均世代历期最长。因此北碚柚、皱皮甜橙、兴山酸橙、枳橙等种质材料感螨程度较高,广西土柠檬、金桔和酒饼?等材料感螨程度较低,其余材料表现中等程度的感螨性。从材料的归类来看,枳属、宽皮柑桔类(金桔除外)和柚类相对较一致,它们与甜橙类属较感螨的类别,柑桔近缘属的酒饼?及枸橼柠檬类、宜昌橙类感螨程度相对较低。

Title: A performance investigation on resistance of citruses germplasm tothe citrus red mite,Panonychus citri Mcg.

Abstract: The population dynamics of citrus red mite (Panonychus citri Mcg.) on 20 citrus germplasms was investigated by methods of field test, laboratory experiment and life-tables . The results showed that there were significant differences among citrus red mite population density on different citrus germplasms. Beibeiyou was the highest;the next were Zhoupi sweat orange, Xinshan sour orange, Citrange, Wubu red flesh pummelo and Flying dranon. Jinju and Jiubingle were the lowest on mean population. There were notable discrepance on the developmental duration ,female adult longevity and egg production . Beibeiyou was the biggest, then Zhoupi sweat orange and Xinshan sour orange. Guangxi lemon , Jinju and Jiubingle were the smallest on population density in field. Citrus red mite on Beibeiyou had the shortest immaturity period, the longest female adult longevity, the most egg production, the highest net reproduction rate(R_。), innate capacity of increase (r_m), finite rate of natural increase(λ) and the shortest time for doubling population(t) and generation time(T). The next were Zhoupi sweat orange and Xinshan sour orange. Jinju and Jiubingle had the longest immaturity period, the shortest female adult longevity. Citrus red mite on Jiubingle had the lowest net reproduction rate (R_。),innate capacity of increase (r_m), finite rate of natural increase (λ) and etc. and had the longest doubling population(t) and generation time(T). Therefore,Beibeiyou,Zhoupi sweat orange ,Xinshan sour orange and Citrange were highly susceptible. Guangxi lemon, Jinju and Jiubingle were lowly susceptible. The others were moderately susceptible. Citrus red mite resistance of 20 types of citrus species or cultuvars and citrus relatives such as Poncirus, mandarin(except Jinju), pummelo and sweat orange were all susceptible. Atalantia, Ichang papeda ,Citrophorum in citrus relatives were low susceptible.
