摘要：文章以CNKI数据库收藏的期刊论文中关于膳食纤维的研究论文数量为依据,对我国膳食纤维的研究现状从研究方向,研究历史,以及研究来源和膳食纤维在食品中的应用作了详细分析,并提出我国膳食纤维研究及生产中存在的问题和解决对策。

Title: Analysis on the current situation of dietary fiber research in China
