摘要：cDNA文库是指生物不同生长发育时期特定组织或器官所转录的全部mRNA经反转录形成的cDNA与载体连接后形成的克隆的集合,cDNA文库是在基因组水平上研究某一生物特定器官、组织和发育时期基因表达的前提和基础。笔者就近年来cDNA文库的构建及其在植物抗性研究中的应用作一综述。
