摘要：对芽变选育的9个红江橙无核(少核)选系的花粉母细胞(PMC)减数分裂行为观察的结果表明,K东1,E西2,E西1,D中1,Q北1,K东2,H西1等7个选系存在较高频率的PMC减数分裂中染色体异常配对和异常分离并进而导致花粉败育,这是导致它们无核(少核)的主要原因,因而具有较高的选育价值和利用价值。

Title: A PRELIOMINARY CYTOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE SEEDLESS AND FEW-SEEDED LINES OF HONGJIANG CHENG(CITRUS SINENSIS)

Abstract: Nine seedless（or few-seeded） lines of Hongjiang Cheng（Citrus sinensis） selected from bud mutation were used for examination of the meiotic behavior of theor PMCs（pollen mother cells）.The lines KE1,KW2,EW1,DC1,QN1 and HW1 showed high frequency of abnormal pairing and separation in PMC meiosis,resulting in the abortion of the pollen.This may be the major cause for the seedlessness of these lines,which have relatively high value for further selection and exploitation.
