标题:涂蜡对柑橘生理变化及商品性的影响

摘要:分别用仙亮果蜡和鲜果牌果蜡涂抹伏令夏橙、锦橙进行对比试验,以探索打蜡对柑橘生理变化及商品性的影响。研究结果表明,打蜡明显地提高其果实光滑和光洁度、降低失重率与呼吸强度及腐烂率。打蜡处理贮藏后糖含量变化不明显;有机酸与维生素C含量高于对照,其中仙亮果蜡处理的夏橙维生素C含量、仙亮果蜡和鲜果牌果蜡处理的锦橙有机酸含量与对照相比达显著差异。仙亮果蜡处理的光亮度比鲜果牌果蜡效果显著。

Title: Effect of Waxing on Physiology and Merchandise of Citrus

Abstract: The effects of waxing on the physiology of Valencia Orange and Glorious Orange treated with both Xian-liang wax and Xian-guo wax were studied in this paper.The results showed that waxing can obviously improve the surface smoothness of fruits,decrease the rate of weight loss and rotting and inhibit the respiratory intensity of fruits.After storage of 45 days,there was no obvious difference in content of sugar between fruits treated with waxes and controled fruits,while the contents of Vitamin C and organic acids of treated fruits were higher than those of controls.The content of vitamin C of fruits of Valencia Orange treated with Xian-liang wax and the content of fruits of Glorious Orange treated with both kinds of waxes were greatly higher than those of controls.The Xian-liang wax was better than Xian-guo wax in maintain the surface somoothness of orange fruits.
