摘要：免疫分析技术具有灵敏度高、特异性强、简单快速等优点,已成为检测食品中杀菌剂残留的一种重要手段。文中简要介绍了免疫分析技术原理,综述了近年来在杀菌剂残留检测中的应用研究进展,并对该技术的发展前景作了展望。
