摘要:利用体式镜对分离自橙汁的两株酵母菌YA2和Y17-2菌落形态发育的动态特征进行了细致观察,结果表明:不同菌株的菌落具有各自稳定且特定的发育特征.同一菌株不同培养时期的菌落,其形态结构有差异,早期的菌落呈半球形,随着培养时间的延长,菌落中央部分生长速度由快到趋于稳定或下降,由半球形隆起逐渐平缓至塌陷成凹坑;同时,菌落的大小、色泽和质地都将发生较大的变化,具有多样性;同一菌株在不同培养基上的菌落形态特征也有较大的差异.用菌落的发育动态特征来描述菌株,对菌株鉴定具有更为直观和重要的意义.结合菌落特征与细胞形态、子囊孢子、假菌丝等特征的分析,将分离自橙汁的酵母菌株YA2和Y17-2分别鉴定为Hansenias-pora和Pichia.

Title: Dynamic Development Features of Colonies for Two Yeast Strains from Orange Juice and the Significance of Their Identification

Abstract: Two yeast strains isolated from orange juice,YA2 and Y17-2,were examined with a stereoscopic microscope.The results showed that the colonies of different strains had their respective stable and specific development features.The morphological structures of colonies for the same strain were different in different culture periods.Young colonies were hemispheroid in shape,and over the time of culture the growth the central part of the colony changed from fast to stable or slow,and the hemispherical colonies gradually flattened and,finally,caved in.At the same time,the size,texture,color and gloss of the colonies changed extensively,resulting in great diversity in appearance.The morphological features of the same strain growing in different media were also different.It is of intuitional and important significance to identify the yeast strains by the dynamic characteristics of the growing colonies.Based on an analysis of the colony features and the characteristics of cell shape,ascospores and pseudo-hyphae,YA2 and Y17-2 were identified as Hanseniaspora and Pichia.
