摘要:实验研究了离子交换树脂对橙汁降酸的效果及其影响因素,通过比较九种离子交换树脂对橙汁中柠檬酸的静态吸附特性,测定橙汁处理前后的主要理化指标,筛选出用于橙汁降酸的最佳离子交换树脂。实验证明流速和温度对L300阴离子交换树脂动态动力学曲线都有影响,但温度影响较小,柱处理最佳条件为:流速4BV/h,温度为15℃。

Title: The Research on the Best Kind and Condition About Ion Exchange Resin of Orange Juice Deacidification

Abstract: Studied the effects and affect factors of ion exchange resin on orange juice acid lowering.Static absorption characteristic of nine ion exchange resins were detected.According to the main physical and chemical characteristic before and after treatment,optimal ion exchange resin was chose.Flow rate and temperature were the two important influencing factors of dynamic curve,but temperature had less effect on adsorption of L300 resin.Optimum condition was flow rate of 4 BV/h and temperature of 15℃.
