摘要：柑橘衰退病毒(CTV)存在严重的株系混合侵染现象,因此需要用一定的方法对混合株系进行识别。本文应用CPGs/HinfⅠ对采自重庆市6个主要柑橘产区的92个CTV阳性样品进行限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析,结果发现在甜橙上既有单一株系侵染(CPGs/HinfⅠRFLP组群以3为主),也有混合株系侵染(CPGs/HinfⅠRFLP组群以1、3或1、3、6组群为主),而在柚类上只带单一的CPGs/HinfⅠRFLP6组群。

Title: Study on Cpgs/HinfⅠRFLP Groups of Citrus Tristeza Virus from Main Citrus Protection Districts in Chongqing

Abstract: Citrus tristeza virus(CTV) exists in the form of mixed infection,so it is necessary to differentiate the strains by using some technical methods. In this study,restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)assay digested by Hinf I was used to examine the coat protein genes of CTV in 92 CTV samples from 6 main citrus protection districts in Chongqing and found that there was not only single infection in sweet orange but also mixed infection, whereas only single infection in pummelo. 更多还原
