摘要：从四川、湖北两省收集的柑桔病样分离出2个溃疡病菌株,经生物学和PCR鉴定后,分别针刺接种于纽荷尔脐橙、福本脐橙、卡拉卡拉脐橙和春见桔橙等4个柑桔品种;接种2 d后调查发病情况,使用DPS软件8.01的Duncan新复极差法进行分析。结果表明,接种后4 d是最佳观察时期,4个柑桔品种分别接种上述菌株后发病率无明显差异,老叶和成叶的发病率要高于嫩叶的发病率,叶片不同部位之间的发病率也基本相当,桔橙的抗病性要高于脐橙的抗病性。

Title: Preliminary Study on Pathogenicity of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Citri

Abstract: Two citrus canker strains were isolated from the samples collected from Sichuan and Hubei provinces.After identification by PCR,the two strains were vaccinated in 4 citrus varieties such as newhall navel orange,fukumoto navel orange,cara.cara navel orange and kivomi tangor by acupuncture.Two days’ later,the incidence was investigated.After analysis by DPS software 8.01 Duncan LSR method,the results showed that 4 days after inoculation was the best period for observation.There were no significant difference among the 4 citrus varieties after inoculation,no difference were found out in a same leaf,either.Disease ratio in old leaves and young leaves were higher than that in tender leaves.Disease resistant of hybrid of mandarin orange was superior to the resistance of navel orange.
