标题:世界橙汁供求状况和我国橙汁产业竞争力分析

摘要:对2000年以来世界橙汁生产和消费的变化情况做了介绍和分析,也描述了中国橙汁生产和消费变化,并对中国今后橙汁生产和消费做了预测;作者还比较和分析了中国橙汁产业竞争力,指出中国生产的橙汁同美国和巴西的相比,在价格、色泽和加工成本上具有明显优势,在原料生产规模、单产和供应期、吨耗率、品质和冷链贮运销系统等方面有劣势。但是改变劣势的潜力很大,一旦化劣势为优势,中国的橙汁生产会像苹果汁生产一样,跃居世界第一。

Title: Supply and Demand Situation of Orange Juice in World and Analysis on Competitive Force of Orange Juice Industry in China

Abstract: Supply and demand situation of orange juice in world since 2000 was discussed,including change and outlook of the situation in China.The competitive force of orange juice industry in China was analyzed and compared with that in USA and Brazil.Chinese orange juice industry had obvious competitive advantages on juice price,color and cost,but disadvantages on production scale,productivity and supply term of juice oranges,juice yield by unit oranges,juice quality and storage,transport and sale system under refrigeration condition comparing with that in USA and Brazil.However,the possibility to improve the disadvantages was great,as long as they become advantages,production of orange juice would be the same as apple juice production,Chinese orange juice production would be No one in the world.So it was projected that Chinese orange juice production had gotten into a speedy development stage.
