标题:绿茶功能性成分提取及保健作用的研究现状

摘要:我国是世界上绿茶的主要生产大国,绿茶产量约占世界绿茶总产量的65%,绿茶中含有茶多酚、咖啡碱、氨基酸、茶多糖、维生素、芳香类等多种物质。本文主要阐述了绿茶功能性成分茶多酚、咖啡碱、氨基酸、多糖类的提取工艺以及保健作用的研究现状。

Title: Research Advances of Green Tea on the Extraction of Functional Ingredients and Health Function

Abstract: China is a large green tea producer in the world,the proportion of China’s green tea output in the world’s total is about 65 percent. Green tea is loaded with many kinds of materials such as the green tea polyphenols、the theine、the amino acid、the tea polysaccharide、the Vitamin and the aromatic substance. This article mainly elaborated the recent research advances on the extraction process and health effects of green tea’s functional ingredient including the green tea polyphenols、the theine、the amino acid and the tea polysaccharide.
