标题:TERF1基因增强糖橙抗病性的初步研究

摘要:An experiment was conducted by inoculating citrus bacterial canker and citrus anthracnose to the leaves of transgenie Succari.Results show that TERFl gene can enhance the transgenic plants with their broad—spectrum disease resistance;that after an inoculation with citrus bacterial canker, their incidence rate is reduced by 50%,that compared tO Bingtang Orange and CK, transgenic Succari also delays the expression of disease symptoms in 7 days and the inoculated plant No.3 has displayed no symptoms at all;that after an inoculation with citrus anthraenose, the contrast plants display typical symptoms in 7 days but the transgenic plants show a size reduction of diseased spots and a delay of diseased time;and that the inoculated plants No. 3 and No.11 even show evident resistance to citrus anthraenose.
