摘要：After establishing the regeneration and transformation systems of citrus, the TERF1 gene was mediated into ssweetorange byEHA105 and LB4404Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Seven plantswere verified by PCR and RT-PCR amplification. The results showed that EHA105 had more efficiency in improving the transgenic ratio than LBA440
