摘要:桃流胶病是桃树上的一种常见病害。本文测定了9类16种杀菌剂对桃流胶病菌葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeriaspp.的毒力效果。结果表明,毒力作用最强的杀菌剂是丙环唑,其次是多菌灵和咪鲜胺,对病菌B.dothidea LHKB-331的EC50值分别为0.041 6μg·mL-1、0.113 1μg·mL-1和0.154 8μg·mL-1;对病菌B.obtusa GA-422的EC50值分别为0.018 7μg·mL-1、0.036 2μg·mL-1和0.071 7μg·mL-1。在保护性杀菌剂中,代森锰锌要优于福美双。而三唑类中的三唑酮和新型杀菌剂嘧菌酯对2种病菌的抑菌作用都较差,对LHKB-331的EC50值分别为5.624 7μg·mL-1和6.796 8μg·mL-1,对GA-422的EC50值分别为11.315 3μg·mL-1和96.920 3μg·mL-1。
Peach gummosis is a common disease in peach-growing areas. The toxicity of 16 fungi- cides from 9 classes to fungal gummosis pathogens Botryosphaeria sp. was tested by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that three fungicides of propiconazole, earbendazim and prochloraz were highly toxic to both B. dothidea and B. obtuse. The ECs0 values of these three fun- gicides were 0.041 6μg·mL^-1、0.113 1μg·mL^-1 and 0. 154 8μg· mL^-1 to B. dothidea, and 0. 018 7 μg· mL^-1, 0. 036 2μg·mL^-1 and 0. 071 7 μg· mL-1 to B. obtusa, respectively. Among protective fungicides, the toxicity of mancozeb was higher than that of thiranx Triadimefon and azoxystrobin, however, had very low toxicity to the two fungi, and their ECs0 values were 5. 624 7μg·mL ^-1 and 6. 796 8μg· mL-^1 toB. dothidea, 11.315 3μg· mL^-1 and 96. 920 3μg·mL ^-1to B. obtusa , respectively.
