标题:水分胁迫条件下柑桔叶片特征光谱响应研究

摘要:在模拟干旱胁迫环境下分析了福本脐橙Citrus sinensisOsbeck cv.Fukumoto navel orange叶片失水动态及其光谱反射率变化,筛选出柑桔叶片水分胁迫特征光谱。用归一化技术对柑桔叶片特征光谱吸收峰的深度和面积进行定量描述和计算,采用SPSS统计软件线性回归分析方法建立了柑桔叶片相对含水量与1 400 nm特征反射光谱吸收峰深度和面积间的线性回归关系。结果表明,波长1 400 nm附近的光谱反射率可较好地反映柑桔叶片相对含水量,利用该特征反射光谱吸收峰深度和面积可以更好地检测柑桔叶片相对含水量。

Title: Study on Diagnostic Reflectance Spectrum Response of the Citrus Leaves to Water Stress

Abstract: In this study,the dynamic changes in relative water content(RWC) and the reflectance spectrum of Fukumoto navel orange(Citrus sinensis(L) cv.Fukomoto navel orange) leaves were analyzed in a simulated drought stress environment to obtain the diagnostic reflectance spectrum.Linear regression model between leaves RWC and the depth and area of the reflectance spectrum absorption peak at 1 400 nm was established through quantitative calculation of the depth and area of the characteristic reflectance spectrum absorption peaks using normalization technique.The results showed that the reflectance spectrum around 1 400 nm was a good indicator of citrus leaves RWC and could be used to assess RWC of citrus leaves.
