摘要：本研究利用激光共聚焦技术,检测甜橙花粉中的游离Ca2+和H+的分布特性。结果表明,甜橙花粉中,游离Ca2+的主要分布区域为萌发沟孔附近,在花粉中央也有少量分布,呈现出极性分布的特点;H+也主要富集在萌发沟孔附近,从萌发沟孔到花粉中央,呈强→弱的梯度分布。

Title: The Distribution of Free Calcium and H~+ of Sweet Orange Pollen

Abstract: Laser confocal scanning microscopy was used to detect the distribution of free calcium and H+ in sweet orange pollen.The results showed that the free calcium was concentrated in areas close to the germination furrow,and to a less extend,to the center of the pollen grain,indicating a polarity distribution.H+ was mainly concentrated near the germination furrow too,and it showed a gradient distribution of high to low from the germination furrow to the center of the pollen.
