标题:桔全爪螨田间种群对杀螨剂的敏感性

摘要:采用玻片浸渍法测定了不同地区桔全爪螨田间种群雌成螨对四种杀螨剂的敏感性。结果表明,万州种群2005—2006年对四种杀螨剂的LC50均最低,因此视为相对敏感种群。另外4个桔全爪螨田间种群中,长寿种群对炔螨特的LC50最高,2005和2006年分别为162.14和199.30μg/mL,但相对抗性倍数仅为2.82和2.13倍;北碚种群对双甲脒的相对抗性水平最高,2005和2006年LC50分别为111.27和113.94μg/mL,抗性系数分别达到了15.03和5.50倍;南充种群对丁醚脲的相对抗性水平最高,2005和2006年LC50分别为510.91和226.15μg/mL,抗性系数分别为15.25和6.83倍;长寿种群对三唑锡的相对抗性水平最高,2005和2006年LC50分别为171.25和344.87μg/mL,抗性系数分别为6.03和25.35倍。

Title: Susceptibility of Panonychus citri field populations to different acaricides

Abstract: The bioassays of four acaricides against Panonychus citri(McGregor) from Beibei,Zhongxian,Wanzhou,Changshou,and Nanchong were conducted with slide-dip method.The Wanzhou population exhibited lowest LC 50s for all acaricides in both 2005 and 2006 and thus it was considered as the susceptible population.Among other four field populations,Changshou population expressed highest LC 50s for propargite with the values of 162.14 and 199.30 μg/mL for 2005 and 2006,respectively.But the resistance factors were only 2.82 and 2.13 folds,respectively;the highest resistance level to amitraz was recorded in Beibei,and the LC 50s in 2005 and 2006 amounted to 111.27 and 113.94 μg/mL,with resistance folds of 15.03 and 5.50,respectively;Nanchong population showed highest resistance level to diafenthiuron,and the LC 50s in 2005 and 2006 amounted to 510.91 and 226.15 μg/mL,with resistance folds of 15.25 and 6.83,respectively;Changshou was most insensitive to azocyclotin and the highest LC 50s of 171.25 and 344.87 μg/mL were obtained for 2005 and 2006,with the resistance folds of 6.03 and 25.35,respectively.The sensitivity difference of P.citri from different field populations to acaricides probably was related with local application status of acaricides.
