摘要：对转基因育种过程中分子检测与鉴定的3个阶段(即外源基因是否整合的检测;目的基因是否转录的检测;目的基因是否有效表达的检测)所涉及的方法进行了概述,并对近期发展起来的新方法作简要介绍。
