标题:不同套袋处理对北碚447锦橙果实色泽的影响

摘要:以北碚447锦橙为试材,采用7种果袋对果实进行套袋处理,分析套袋对果实色泽发育的影响.结果表明:套袋能加快果面退绿,提高果面亮度,有利于色泽呈现,但同时也抑制了类胡萝卜素积累,果实色泽偏黄;采收时,不套袋的果皮颜色比套袋后的好,单层果袋处理的果皮颜色比双层果袋处理好;双层果袋处理果皮颜色偏黄,果面亮度较高.亮度与黄色正相关系数为0.9887**,黄色与色饱和度正相关系数为0.9552**,红色与色调角负相关系数为-0.9586**;对橙色和红色果实的柑橘品种,可采用遮光率弱的单层果袋套袋栽培,并于采前30d左右摘袋增加光照,有利于改善果实外观色泽.不宜采用遮光性强的双层果袋对橙色或红色的柑橘品种套袋栽培.

Title: Effects of Different Bagging Treatments on the Coloration in ‘Beibei 447 Jincheng’Orange Fruit

Abstract: Effects of 7 different types of paper bags on the development of coloration in ’Beibei 447 Jincheng’ orange(Citrus sinensis(L.)Osbeck)were analyzed.Bagging accelerated chlorosis of the fruit surface,improved brightness on the rind and depressed the production and accumulation of carotenoids,which made the rind still yellower.At harvest,compared with the bagging treatments,non-bagging had better rind color,and bagging with monolayer bags had better rind color than bagging with double-deck bags,the latter being brighter and yellower.Highly significant positive correlation was noticed between brightness to yellowness and between yellowness and color saturation,the coefficient being 0.988 7 and 0.955 2,respectively.Redness was in a significant correlation with tone-angle,the correlation coefficient being-0.958 6.It is recommended that orange or red citrus varieties should be bagged with monolayer bags with strong light penetration and the bags removed 30 days ahead of harvest to improve their coloration and that double-deck bags with weak light penetration should not used for bagging orange or red citrus varieties in cultivation.
