标题:高温对尼氏钝绥螨的影响

摘要:为了解高温对尼氏钝绥螨生存繁殖的影响,分别将其雌成螨、卵置于35℃、40℃和43℃下处理不同时间。结果表明,35℃对尼氏钝绥螨的生存和繁殖没有影响;40℃高温下处理时间越长,雌成螨的生存率和卵的孵化率越低;43℃是尼氏钝绥螨的极限高温,此温度下不能正常生存繁衍。

Title: Effect of High Point Temperature on the Development of Amblyseius nicholsi

Abstract: The experiments were conducted to study the effect of high temperature on the development of Amblyseius nicholsi.The results showed that there were not impact on the survival and reproducation of A.nicholsi at 35℃.The survival rate of female adult and hatch ratio decreased with increase handling time at 40℃.A.nicholsi could not survive or reproduce on the rails at 43℃,it’s terminal high temperature of A.nicholsi.
