标题:岩白菜内酯对柑桔病原真菌抑制作用研究

摘要:采用生长速率法测定了岩白菜内酯对柑桔青霉菌、柑桔绿霉菌、柑桔炭疽病菌、柑桔褐腐病菌、褐色蒂腐病菌、柑桔黑腐病菌和柑桔黑斑病菌等7种常见柑桔病原菌的抑制活性,通过显微观察和生长量测定研究了岩白菜内酯抑制柑桔炭疽病菌的机理,采用夏橙果实贮藏试验研究了岩白菜内酯用于柑桔保鲜的效果。结果表明,岩白菜内酯能够抑制7种病原菌的生长,随着浓度的增加,抑制率增大,其中对柑桔青霉菌的抑制效果最好,EC50为0.399 6mg/L。20μg/mL岩白菜内酯处理引起柑桔炭疽菌形态发生明显变化,菌丝隔膜大部分消失,菌丝扭曲畸形,菌丝壁粗糙、不对称,分生孢子畸形;菌丝生长受到明显抑制,第3天时抑制率达61.74%,随后抑制作用迅速减弱,第6天时仅2.31%。0.006g/mL岩白菜粗提物对通风库贮藏90天夏橙的青霉病的防治效果达到100%;贮藏60天的总防治效果为50%,好于450g/L咪鲜胺水乳剂1 500倍液(27.27%)。岩白菜内酯抑菌作用很好,可作为柑桔保鲜剂进行开发利用。
Antifungal activity of bergenin against 7 pathogenic fungi of citrus was tested in laboratory by using growth rate methods. The mechanism of bergenin in inhibiting citrus anthracnose pathogen was studied through microscopic observation and growth measurement. Fruit storage experiment was carried out. The results showedthat bergenin could inhibit the growth of 7 pathogens, and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase in bergenin concentration. The best inhibitory effect was shown on Penicillium italicum, with an EC50 value of 0. 399 6 mg/L. Treatment of citrus anthrae- nose fungus with bergenin resulted in the disappearance of septum of most mycelium, malformed mycelium, rough mycelium walls, and the disappearance of spore oil cells. 20 μg/mL of bergenin obviously inhibited mycelial growth of citrus anthracnose pathogen. On the third day of treatment the rate of inhibition reached 61.74%, and then decreased. The inhibition rate on the sixth day was only 2. 31%. In fruit storage experiment, the control effect of 0. 006 g/mL of bergenia crude extract on Penicillium italicum reached 100% on the 90th day. The overall fungal control effect of bergenin was 50% on the 60th day, better than that of 450 g/L prochloraz emulsifiable concentrate (1 500× ) (27.27%). Bergenin showed good inhibitory effect on citrus pathogenic fungi in both the indoor toxicity assay and the fruit storage experiment, and should find greater applications in the control of pathogenic fungi of citrus.
