摘要:朋娜和纽荷尔脐橙在第二次生理落果末期,初生果内源GA4+7浓度高于次生果,但二者浓度均在脐黄初发期出现低谷,在脐黄主要发生期(7月),初生果和次生果内源GA4+7浓度都较大幅度升高,且次生果内源GA4+7浓度明显高于初生果。果枝环剥人为诱导朋娜“脐黄”过程中,初生果和次生果内源GA4+7浓度则明显低于对照果。推测自然发生脐黄与果枝环剥诱导脐黄的生理不同,并对这两种脐黄现象进行了分析。

Title: The Changes of Endogenous GA 4+7 in Navel Orange Fruits During Secondary fruit Yellowing

Abstract: During the end of June fruit drop,the endogenous GA 4+7 concentration in the primary fruit was higher than that in secondary fruit for both Skaggs Bonanza and New Hall navel orange(Citrus sinensis). Both the endogenous GA 4+7 concentration in primary fruit and secondary fruit dropped sharply before the early stage of secondary fruit yellowing(SFY). In July,the main period of SFY,the endogenous GA 4+7 concentration in both the primary and secondary fruit increased sharply. However,its concentration was higher in secondary fruit than that in the primary fruit. Girdling fruit shoots induced SFY,but the induced SFY fruit had lower endogenous GA 4+7 concentration in both the primary and secondary fruit as compared with control fruit. It is supposed that the physiological process for natural SFY and girdling induced SFY is different. The mechanism of the two kinds of SFY is discussed.
