标题:柑桔对~3H-PP_(333)的吸收运转

摘要:3N-PP(333)处理枳(Poncirustrifoliata)砧华盛顿脐橙(CitrussinensisOsbeck)不同时期春、夏梢成熟叶片、幼嫩秋梢,半个月后,其吸收量一般仅占处理量的0.2%左右,被吸收的3H-PP(333)在大部分情况下主要滞留在处理部位。向外转运时,越远离处理部位,被转运的量越少,能运至根系的极少。土施时,根系对PP(333)吸收缓慢,其吸收率随时间的延长而缓慢增加,2个月后仅占处理量的0.025%。吸收转移至地上部的量也随时间的延长而增加。根系对PP(333)较敏感,根内浓度不足0.4μg/g即可明显影响新根发生和生长。无论3H-PP(333)由叶、梢向根转运,还是由根向地上部转运,一般韧皮部内3H放射比活性大大高于木质部。

Title: Absorption and Translocation of  ̄3H-Labeled Paclobutrazol in Citrus

Abstract: The mature leaves on spring or summer shoots, young autumn shoots of Washington navel orange (Citrus sinesis) on trifoliata orange(Poncirus trifoliata) were treated with 3H-paclobutrazol(PP(333)). 15 or more days after treatment,  ̄3H activity in treated plants was about 0.2% of the total treatment activity.
