摘要：贵州省凤冈县被国家誉为中国天然富锌富硒有机茶之乡,其特产富锌硒有机茶富含人体所需要的17种氨基酸和锌硒等多种微量元素,具有维持人体生理平衡,提高肌体免疫力和调节内分泌等功效。茶叶中锌含量40-100mg/kg,硒含量0.25-3.5mg/kg,且完全来源于茶树对土壤中锌硒含量的天然吸附。本文综述了富锌富硒有机茶的发展与保健功能的研究现状及开发前景。

Title: The Health Research Advances and Development Prospects of Rich-Znic and rich-Selenium organic tea

Abstract: Fenggang County,Guizhou Province has been hailed by the state as township of the Chinese natural richzinc rich-selenium organic tea,the rich-Znic and rich-Selenium organic tea is one of its special product,which including 17 kinds of essential amino acids and many kinds of microelements such as zinc selenium and zinc selenium, and has much efficiency such as keeping physiological balance of human body、improving body immunity and regulating the endocrine.The contents of zinc selenium and zinc selenium in the tea are 40-100mg/kg、0.25-3.5mg/ kg,they are fully derived from the soil by the natural adsorption of the tea tree.This paper reviewed the current situation、health research advances and development prospect of rich-zinc rich-selenium organic tea.
