简介:对已开花结果的4个柑桔体细胞杂种砧木资源,于秋季收集体细胞杂种成熟果实,剥取种子统计单果平均种子数,离体播种观察是否具有多胚特性,以期筛选具有应用潜力的新型体细胞杂种砧木。体细胞杂种哈姆林甜橙+粗柠檬、朋娜脐橙+粗柠檬、朋娜脐橙+枸头橙的单果平均种子数较高,分别为19.9、20.0和19.7粒,且种子饱满、多胚,播种后容易萌发,实生苗生长健壮、整齐一致,从种子特性角度可作为首选砧木应用。Page桔柚+枳的单果平均种子数仅为3.0
