    简介:采集不同品种的柑橘叶片标样,进行SSR分子标记检测和筛选,确认SSR分子标记准确有效。然后在不同时期、不同地块采集更多品种的叶样,进行SSR分子标记检测,比对试验结果与采样记录,检查SSR分子标记能否准确有效的鉴定沃柑品种。结果表明,3对SSR分子标记可以准确有效地从16个广西、重庆、四川种植的柑橘品种中鉴定出沃柑和无核沃柑(但沃柑和无核沃柑两者之间无法有效区分),该品种鉴定技术可应用于沃柑产业化发展中。
